Hmm, it seems you're using vidalia, and your 'I'SP is blocking
most ports. In Vidalia/Settings/Network there is a field
'my firewall only lets me connect to certain ports, which
you can click and then use the default 80,433 for the selection.

That may help; if not, using a bridge is the only remaining option.
