ctrl-shift-delete, check all, everything... will clear
this without newnym.

TBB should change the FF default back to not asking
for confirmation on c-s-d and just do it, perhaps with some
added tactile no-ack-needed feedback that it completed.
And add a button in the bar for the c-s-d function too.
Make it easier for people to wipe their sessions and
they'll wipe their sessions.

Also, the c-s-d options need synchronized to match the
preferences.privacy.clear_hist_on_close.settings
options.
