The repos for EL5 should be fixed now with 0.2.3.21-rc (I tested it on
Scientific 5.8). You'll need to update the repo file since EL5 packages have to
be signed with different key, see the updated rpm page:
https://www.torproject.org/docs/rpms.html.en
