[tor-talk] Is there a way to exclude tor nodes that have no country information?

I exclude tor nodes by adding "ExcludeNodes {country code}" line to my
torrc file.
But there are about 40 tor nodes that have no country information.
Is there an appropriate way to exclude these nodes?
I can exclude them by specifying their fingerprints, but there are so many.
