I am not sure the precise meaning of the above paragraph, so at the risk
of repeating what you just stated ...  It would be fine if this was a
download or installation *option*.  But remember that 30MB is over a one
and half hour download on dial-up and would be quite burdensome if it
were part of the standard download.
