[tor-talk] RPM packaging back on track

Hi,

new packages are finally at deb.torproject.org from my local repo. 0.2.3.25 and
0.2.4.6, namely.

The just-released Tor 0.2.4.7 should be packaged shortly (in a few days).

Sorry for the delays, I have no more travelling this extensive (meaning months)
planned for anytime soon :-)
