[tor-talk] Craigslist perhaps inadvertantly blocking Tor

I've seen a lot more of these lately on http://craigslist.org/
I was going to cc this address but figured torproject might
have an interest in making some form of contact.
As you can see, this particular block has probably been
in place a little over four days.
