[tor-talk] TransPort/SocksPort/DNSPort heavy usage

Any issues with stuffing hundreds of concurrent
connections over these ports? Perhaps even
reaching towards 4k? I mean with the Tor daemon
and network itself, including hidden service dirservs.
Not the OS stack or whatever lies beyond the exit.
I figure there will be some limitations so I'll probably
design to parallelize over multiple daemons anyways.
