Depending on your OS / resources you could do the following to achieve
that:

- - configure firefox to use the proxy that you want to use after the Tor
network.

- - transparently route traffic into Tor (e.g. TransPort + iptables)
- - use Torbutton in Transparent Mode

(this setup would only use one proxy after Tor)
