How to find exit nodes by location?

cause the state is already stored in the mysql db, I just modified the
network status main php script printing state info besides city and
country code as a tooltip.

On page's bottom check exit=yes radio button, country code=us and apply
options. You can find easily the wanted state info in the html source
code or as a tooltip over the router's country flag.
