Why my aptitude changes my tor package?

Somedays ago my aptitude authomatically installed the new Tor version
'0.2.1.29-1~~lenny+1' from http://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org
Today it have replaced it to such version 'http://security.debian.org'
Why? Is it normal?

My /etc/apt/sources.list:
