IP address blocked on certain site

The 2nd option of Torbutton under Prefs>Security>Cache, "Block disk and 
memory cache access during Tor," may be the answer.

Don't know what would have to do to clear mem cache from Fx activity - 
shut down computer?  (assuming memory caching was enabled)
