Tor Exit Node hosting: torservers.net

Dear all,
My tor have a error,this is the message log:
 [Warning] Problem bootstrapping. Stuck at 10%: Finishing handshake with
directory server. (Socket is not connected [WSAENOTCONN ]; NOROUTE; count 4;
recommendation warn)

I have already set the bridges. pls help me,thanks.
