Help with JanusVM?

Can anyone here help out with setting up JanusVM?  I cannot find any site that provides a step-by-step explaination as to how to get it FULLY working.  I can run JanusVM OK but connecting to it?  Nope.  Cannot connect to it so I cannot use it for anything.
