More important: Bridges or ORs

If the address changes once a day or once a month, that's dynamic
for me.
According to my ISP, my IP address is dynamic too, but it hasn't
changed once since I got my ADSL connection almost two years ago.
Therefore, my IP address would be of little use for running a bridge.
