setevents clients_seen confirmed to work ?

I am running a bridge using Tor version 0.2.1.19.

It is being used, and:

setevents bw

and:

setevents orconn

are generating lots of lines of output.

However, setevents clients_seen, even after several days, has not produced 
a single line of output.

I see in the changelog that this was previously broken - do we know that 
this indeed works now ?
