[warn] Error binding network socket: Address already in use

Hiho list,

after increasing bandwidth I get log entries
"[warn] Error binding network socket: Address already in use"

What does this mean? Average cpu load is about 85%. Platform is Debian
Squeeze x86_64. Never seen this before with lower bandwidth and cpu load.
