Not at all. There are data retention free cascades and mixes, which
are complying with the data retention law. The commercial cascades do
not logging, but some free cascades are logging and are marked with
"(DR)" at the status page: https://www.jondos.de/en/status

The interpretation of the data retention law for JAP is not clear at
the moment.
