Good and bad ISP in Germany and around ?

Hello,

You could use a dedicated server which is maybe a good idea in  
general, in case you run a exit node. And I mentioned both hosters  
(KeyWeb and Strato) cause at least their terms allow Tor which isnt  
usual for me.
