The logging concerns only internet providers.

The access of the "stop"-pages has to be logged (or may be logged?) by
the provider with more than 10.000 consumers. The log data will go to
the German authorities (BKA).

Tor nodes are not affected by the law.
But may be, the traffic will increase.
