Problem with dynamic IP

on your second question:
it's a default dir, it's like this:  C:\Documents and Settings\"YOUR USER
NAME HERE"\Application Data\tor\keys

my user name is zmj, so my dir is: C:\Documents and Settings\zmj\Application
Data\tor\keys
