Problems with XS4ALL in The Netherlands

Hi list,

Unfortunately, I have the same experience, except for the threatning of
terminating the account.

This seems somewhat strange, since 'dizum', the new v3 authority, is run
within the XS4All network (or at least has an xs4all hostname)
