ContactInfo?

In the torrc file is the ContactInfo option.  Here's an example.

#ContactInfo 1234D/FFFFFFFF Random Person <nobody AT example dot com>

My question is, what format should I put my GPG key?  Should I put it like 
this?

ContactInfo C109AB9DD3436B3A12F148AABEC9FFB100883AA4 Nathaniel Dube 
<njdube at gmail.com>

Or like this?

ContactInfo 0x00883AA4 Nathaniel Dube <njdube at gmail.com>
