Problem compiling Tor 0.1.2.19 in Debian HPPA Machine

I'm trying tobuild dedian package.

How to build debian experimental?
doing apt-get i didnt select it.....
How to fix debian rules?
How to hak?

Sorry for this question i'm not a debian expert.
