Speaking of bugs found after the release, the Windows Vidalia bundle and
Expert bundles have two minor changes:

o In or/config.c, the following line was added to enable Tor to
compile in mingw successfully:

o In Vidalia 1.3, r2668 and r2669 were applied.  This reverted
vidalia-bundle.nsi.in and all of the vidalia .nsh files to use Privoxy,
rather than Polipo on Windows.

Hence, the Windows packages are labeled 0.2.0.27a and Vidalia 1.3a.
