another unusual connection

another recurrence of the same type of unusual connection.
i include the time the server started in the log below. the connection
through 212.112.242.159 persists for a much longer period of time on
this occassion (the 'scrubbed' connection did not occur last time).

Jan 27 16:25:40.562 [Notice] Performing bandwidth self-test...done.

Jan 27 21:33:37.562 [Notice] Our IP Address has changed from
87.194.38.72 to 212.112.242.159; rebuilding descriptor.

Jan 27 21:33:41.984 [Notice] Self-testing indicates your ORPort is
reachable from the outside. Excellent. Publishing server descriptor.

Jan 27 21:35:01.921 [Notice] Have tried resolving or connecting to
address '[scrubbed]' at 3 different places. Giving up.

Jan 27 21:54:04.296 [Notice] Our IP Address has changed from
212.112.242.159 to 87.194.38.72; rebuilding descriptor.

Jan 27 21:54:12.687 [Notice] Self-testing indicates your ORPort is
reachable from the outside. Excellent. Publishing server descriptor.

on this occassion I accessed my web browser [firefox 2.0.0.11] when
the above connection occurred.
