another tor issue...? (irc...)

Hello,

Suddenly I get:

* Closing Link: 127.0.0.1 (Banned)

That is when I am *not* connecting via tor, *never* did in past few 
months, don't want to do that now. just want a normal connection like I 
had today.
How can I fix this?
