I disabled it early this morning around 5. (CET)
I see no change yet.
This can be inline with teh observation that the hardware wasn't used, 
according to the logging.

So we have several issues:

- Low traffic
- 'HardwareAccel 1' appears to have no effect
- Disabling HardwareAccel doesn't change this
