Bittorrent traffic can be transferred over any open port.  I've seen it
run over port 22, 80, 443, 31337, etc.  If you're concerned that any BT
traffic may be transferred, then become a non-exit relay.  Otherwise,
you're fighting a cat and mouse game of ports and IP addresses to block.
