I would suggest that you not implement a filtering
system here, but rather a flagging system that says:
"Hey do you really want to send this word?"  A 
filtering system might easily be abused by sending
you emails with words in it that you might reply to.
If the text you replied to has your name in it and
you filter it without noticing it you might end up 
divulging your identity instead of protecting it!
