MinGW build 32-bit, latest svn rev. 11720 become cpu hungry when starting tor.exe as client only. Maby recent optimization for 64-bit platform has something to do with this poor performance on a 32-bit platform. -- Li-Hui Zhou <lhzhou at yeah.net>
