dns_cancel_pending_resolve() message

     Yesterday I got a long string of messages over a ten-minute period
that looked like this:

Sep 25 08:15:09.412 [notice] dns_cancel_pending_resolve(): Bug: Address [scrubbed] is not pending (state 3). Dropping.

I'm running 0.2.0.7-alpha under FreeBSD 6.2-STABLE. What does this message
mean? Is there anything I should do about it? Or just think of it as an
interesting curiousity whose likelihood of recurring will decrease as this
and earlier releases fade into disuse?
