Tor/Vidalia hangs

tor 0207a and vidalia 14 seem to work fine again.

The only change I made was to turn of the option of beeing a directory
server.

Perhaps a bug in 0207a that makes tor servers acting as dirservers not
respond in windows?

Anyone else that has experienced this with version 0207a?
