Tor 0.2.0.12-alpha is out

I can confirm the huge memory leak for exit gws has been fixed with 0.2.0.11-alpha. But
there still seems to be some smaller memory leak. After 8 days of exit gw operation tor's
process size grow to about 1 GB on my Debian box running 0.2.0.11-alpha.
