Question about myfamily option

Hi there

In fact that i have Admin access to many computers now, and that in 
future it seems, German Tor nodes will be going down, i was wondering 
about the MyFamily option.
What is the better tradeoff for the tor network?, to have for example 
one Server running at 80 kB/s or to have running two servers in the same 
network at 40 kB/s or in other words about 10 middle Tor servers or 
about 30 little ones to think about it at larger scale?
