[ANNOUNCE] Incognito Live CD/USB r182

Incognito r182 is released. Changes are:

    * Tor 0.1.2.15
    * NoScript 1.1.6.03
    * Added Pidgin and Pidgin OTR (Off The Record)
    * KeePassX for keeping your passwords on a USB drive. There is a Windows 
version so you can use the password store on Windows.
    * Added random MAC address support using macchanger. Need to 
add 'macchanger' to the command line at boot time to enable.
