Tor Newest version can't through proxy check tools normal tested

Hi ..., guys
 
I am using http://www.stilllistener.com/checkpoint1/test2/  tools test Tor 
0.2.06. but it is result can't through normal tested. 
 
and I have use Tor visit some site click some link will view to " ? ?? " . 
 
Who are know how fixed its ?!
