Missing threads...been removed?

Hi,

I don't see some threads on or-talk that were
previously there.  Does anyone else notice missing
threads which were posted recently?

For example I can not find the thread by Phobos:
"Win32 Tor 0.1.2.1-alpha MinGW Executable"
