Greetings, I am wondering how many others are having this problem. I have tried different versions of tor from several computers over the last few days and have been unable to create circuits. I get enough information to build, but the circuits never open. I have had others complaining to me about this as well. Anyone else experiencing this? Regards, Arrakistor
