	Vidalia 0.0.8 works fine with the two released versions of Tor.
	There is an issue with static Qt 4.1.4 and Vidalia 0.0.8.  It
	will core dump/segfault/crash.  If you are running dynamic 4.1.4
	or 4.1, or 4.2, vidalia 0.0.8 appears to work fine.  

	Given that 0.0.8 was broken on all of my build machines (because
	I use statically compiled Qt 4.1.4) we figured it was best to
	err on the side of caution.  YMMV.
