It's ok if it doesn't mean that censoring 1 cp site means censoring 500
legal sites. Finnish operators are going to censor CP sites by blocking
ip-addresses... _Bad_ idea. Some people just won't get it that "one
ip-address does not equal one website". They are also blocking all email
and everything else from blocked ip's.
