Okay .. on further examination, the easiest way (assuming you're not 
talking about a web-based approach) is to use "Mail::Webmail::Gmail" 
from CPAN and write it as a sendmail milter.

You'll have to do some farily serious hacking in sendmail.cf so it 
fudges all the headers from your side (using TOR to send the message 
when the headers include your machine name and IP would be pretty silly, 
eh?).
