No DirPort in router.desc

Just restarted tor and noticed that router.desc now starts with

router flutic 195.62.29.176 9001 0 0
platform Tor 0.1.0.17 on Linux i686
published 2006-02-21 17:16:13

I haven't changed my torrc which has DirPort 9030 specified. The log
states that my DirPort is reachable, but after the descriptor has been
published.

Is this normal?
