	I've received these in the past as well.  In general, if the
	complaintant can't be bothered to print it up, sign a name, and
	mail it to me in some certified fashion, I don't take it
	seriously.  Your ISP may have a different mindset.  I have yet
	to be disconnected over emailed legal threats.  
	
	Consult a lawyer for real legal advice.  This is just my 2
	cents.
