CSV Tor IP-Lists, by Country

Hello,

Tor node ip lists ordered by country code as csv plaintext available here:

    https://torstat.xenobite.eu/export/tor_exitnodes_{CC}.csv
    https://torstat.xenobite.eu/export/tor_allnodes_{CC}.csv

Replace {CC} with the upper case CountryCode you want.

Remark:
Because the hard job decoding whois answers
(https://torstat.xenobite.eu/sources/f_CheckCC.php.txt), the country
code of the specific IP may be inaccurate! So, BE CAREFUL - THE COUNTRY
CODE IS NOT GUARANTEED BY ME!
You may have hints for me to improve that..
