TorCP won't start without mfc70.dll

When I first copied mfc70.dll to this dir, it complained about missing
mSOMETHING70.dll and I parsed this as mfc70.dll. In fact msvcp70.dll was
also missing. When I placed this dll to TorCP-dir it worked.
