DMCA letters in general

Sean,

This is true.  Perhaps the kind lawyers at EFF would like to write an
example response for ISPs to send to copyright owners -- after all, it
may be construed as rather silly that we have customers telling ISPs
that Tor is OK without telling the ISPs how they should respond to the
threats.
