openbsd 3.6 installation from stable source (0.1.0.15)

Have you tried compiling it without setting the prefix and following the
INSTALL file?

I've uploaded a port and package for 0.1.1.8 and libevent to 
http://www.northernsecurity.net/openbsd/. 
Runs nicely on 3.8-current, buts the package/port is nothing fancy.
