Do we have a PayPal donate button on the Tor site somewhere?
I can't find it. 

If there is one, it should be big and fat, and hard to miss.

If the project needs resources (hosting, CVS etc.) I would
be happy to donate space and bandwidth. I'm sure so would other
operators.
