WOOPS.. a Nodeblock problem is fixed

I tried nodeblock with the new alpha version of Tor and there was
a major bug in the code so i reverted to using nicknames in the 
excludenodes list
rather then router hash keys...... You have to redownload the new RAR 
file....
Everything has been updated to fix the problem, source, program... etc....

Download Nodeblock for windows....

ftp:24.150.159.214 port 21
login and password is nodeblock
